15 minutes. One pan. Zero sad sprouts.

Hi there, Reader

There are lots of ways to cook Brussels sprouts. Boiling them until they're soggy and slightly tragic is one of them. Let's not do that!

Instead, how about Brussels Sprout Fried Rice? It takes just 15 minutes to make!

If you always end up with leftover rice, this recipe is your friend. I can't be the only one who always cooks too much! Well, if you do, save it in the fridge until the next day, grab your sprouts and a few pantry staples, and you're good to go.

This recipe is well over a decade old, so it's buried in the archives, and the picture isn't up to today's standards 🫣, but as it's Brussels sprout season, I thought it might be nice to resurface it.

I've included some reader reviews below!

Here's what some of you have had to say about it:

"If you love Brussels sprouts as much as I do, you have stumbled on the very best of the best." - Nick ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Made this tonight-just as written and was terrific! Will definitely be on the rotation and hubby loved it!" - Pam ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Oh my days!! Eating it now...it's beautiful...I could eat this every day!!!!!!" - Gill ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Tried this the other night, and loved it so much it's on tonight's menu too!" - Sam ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
