My Most Popular Christmas Recipes πŸŽ„

Hi there, Reader

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?! Okay, probably not yet, but I'm sure you're starting to think about your Christmas lineup, so I thought I'd share my most popular Christmas recipes to give you some inspiration!

1 - Vegan Christmas Pudding

Top of the list is my Vegan Christmas Pudding. This is such a well-loved recipe! It's dark, rich, fruity, moist & boozy & so much lighter than the dense, heavy puddings you might have tried in the past!

"Thanks for the recipe. We made it this Christmas, and it was quite simply the best pudding we've had (and we've been making Christmas puddings for 25 years, so there was a lot to compare it with). Easy to make with great flavour and texture, this will be a family staple from now on." - Bob.

2 - Vegan Ham

This seitan ham is sticky, tender, juicy, smoky, sweet, perfectly meaty, and absolutely delicious!

"I absolutely love this recipe! I have been making it for years after finding your page and making it for a vegan friend. The base recipe is just so good. I've changed it up over the years, and it is on a regular rotation! Thank you for such an awesome recipe!" - Ang.

3 - Vegan Mincemeat

Festive, rich & fruity Christmas Vegan Mincemeat steeped in boozy deliciousness! If you're looking for a mincemeat recipe without suet, then I've got you covered! This is a Christmas staple that is really easy to make & can be used in all of your festive baking.

"This was off the charts delicious, and simply tastes like Christmas! I used it in your vegan mince pie recipe and brought it to a party, and they were devoured!" - Lolita.

4 - Mushroom Lentil Loaf with Cranberries

A delicious blend of lentils, mushrooms and walnuts with a beautifully festive cranberry topping. The pops of juicy cranberry in every bite are so good, plus they make it look pretty impressive. It would make a great centrepiece on your holiday table!

"Loved this on Christmas. Everyone else had turkey and we took this with our own gravy. The red wine one you have. We ended up having to defend both as the non-vegans tried to steal it." - Mark.

5 - Vegan Snowball Cookies

Sugar-dusted, buttery, nutty, light as air, and so quick and easy to make!

"Wow - these were so good! Should have doubled the recipe because they didn't last long. I associate snowballs with the winter holidays, but I will definitely be making them again throughout the year!" - Cyndi.

6 - No-Bake Fruit Cake

Easy, deliciously rich, No-Bake Fruit Cake. Packed with dried fruit, nuts, and spices, it makes a fabulous alternative to traditional baked Christmas cake. This naturally vegan and gluten-free raw fruit cake is really quick and easy to make, just the right amount of sweet, and keeps for weeks in the fridge!

"'I've made many fruitcakes in the nearly fifty years I've been cooking, and this is the most delicious one I've ever tasted...It's hard to believe I could make this in just half an hour rather than half a day! Thanks so much for this wonderful treat! It will be requested for years to come." - Janet.

7 - Caramelized Brussels Sprouts

Golden, sticky, sweet, tangy, and a little spicy, they are absolutely impossible to resist and go with pretty much anything.

"Oh man, these were so good I was shamelessly licking the pan before cleaning dishes...lol." - Cheryl.

8 - Vegan Christmas Cake

Rich, dark, packed to bursting with fruit, and packs a punch with a good dose of booze. Don't worry if you are alcohol-free though, because it's great without the booze too.

"Ok. I have a complaint. I made this last weekend with the intention of keeping it for Christmas. I opened it today to feed it and just couldn't resist. We've eaten a quarter of it, and now I've got to make another, and I don't have time. How dare you make a Christmas cake so delicious!" - Kylie.

9 - Vegan Sugar Cookies

These buttery cut-out cookies don't spread while baking, so they will keep their sharp, defined edges. With tender, slightly chewy edges, thick, soft but not too soft centres, and foolproof cookie icing, they are perfect for the holidays.

"Taste great. Didn’t spread. The cookie shape was perfect. Icing worked well for decorating. Will be my new go to cut out cookie recipe" - Humphrey.

10 - Vegan Cranberry Orange Muffins

Fluffy sponge, bursts of juicy, sticky, jammy cranberries, an irresistible crumbly streusel topping, and an over-the-top drizzle of orange icing. Perfect for the holidays!

"The Best! Bursting with cranberries and orange flavour, moist and fluffy. Absolutely the BEST I've ever had, let alone made!!! - Mandy.

11 - Vegan French Toast Casserole

Crunchy, toasty top, buttery, rich, custardy, and creamy insides, drizzles of icing, and sprinkles of chopped nuts. Brunch goals met!

"One word: SCRUMPTIOUS!!" - Carolyn.

12 - Vegan Roast

A simple, easy, rustic and hearty Vegan Roast that's sliceable, ultra-tender and full of flavour. Just perfect for serving with copious amounts of gravy, roast potatoes and stuffing. Leftovers are great in sandwiches, too!

"I have been making this for several years, and it's always a hit at my dinners! My vegan chef friend asked me for the recipe yesterday, and she has made it already. Great recipe!" - Cat.

Hi there, Reader I made this tomato soup for dinner recently and gave it a few little tweaks to make it even better, so I thought I should share it with you again in case you haven't made it for ages, or haven't made it at all <gasp>. If it's a fave of yours, don't worry, because nothing much has changed. I've just reduced the water to make it even thicker and creamier, and simplified the method a little. I know grilled cheese is always the go-to accompaniment for tomato soup, but at the risk...
