New & Improved - Healthy Pancakes For One! ✨

This oldie pancake recipe from 2016 got a revamp!

I haven't been 100% happy with it for years and knew it could be better, so the recipe has been tweaked to make it easier and quicker, and the pancakes are thicker and fluffier!

These healthy pancakes are wholegrain, completely oil-free, very low in fat, contain 11 grams of protein, and are perfectly proportioned for one person!
