Hi there, Reader

If you stand in support of sopping up delicious "eggy" tofu and chunky, hearty, spicy, herby, tomato sauce with copious amounts of crusty bread or warm pita bread then this Shakshuka is for you!

It's so delicious you’d never guess it’s made from just a few pantry staples in under 30 minutes!

Feel free to omit the chili if you're not a spicy fan!
