Allow me to introduce your new grab-it-and-feel-like-you-have-your-life-together recipe: Marinated Chickpeas!

The best part? They take minutes to make! Mix up the easy and very tasty marinade. Add the chickpeas. Let them hang out for at least 30 minutes (or up to 5 days), and they become next-level delicious. Bright, zippy, garlicky, and dangerously scoopable!

Keep a big jar in the fridge ready for:
โ˜€๏ธ Lazy lunches - I love them poured over some baby spinach or arugula for a super simple meal.
โ˜€๏ธ Tossing into salads or onto bowl meals.
โ˜€๏ธ Scattering over avocado toast or filling wraps.
โ˜€๏ธ Emergency snacks with pita bread or pita chips.
โ˜€๏ธ Picnics, potlucks & BBQs. Make them in a jar, and they are so easy to transport!

Make some now. Future-you will be very pleased!

P.S. If there's marinade left when you've finished the chickpeas, don't waste it. Use it to dress a salad! ๐Ÿ˜‰
