Tofu + box grater + some simple seasonings = Endlessly versatile golden, crispy and chewy Shredded Tofu!

My nooch tofu is my most popular tofu recipe, but honestly, I'm finding myself making this shredded tofu more often because of its versatility.

Use this shredded tofu just like shredded chicken or pulled pork, and even as a ground meat sub in dishes like bolognese. I give loads of suggestions in my post, but my current fave way is tossed in BBQ sauce, then stuffed in tacos, and topped with a simple slaw. So yummy!
