Creamy Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Hi there, Reader

I've been eating this Peanut Butter Oatmeal for breakfast since before Christmas and still haven't gotten fed up with it! It's really good with strawberry jam, sliced banana, or a few squares of melty dark chocolate!

You need just 4 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make it. I like to double or triple the recipe and freeze it in a muffin pan. Then you can warm it up straight from the freezer as you need it. Instructions are in the post!
