Very clumpy. Very crunchy. Very good. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi there, Reader

Meet my new Tahini Granola! It's packed with toasty nuts and seeds (or just seeds if nuts aren't your thing), dried fruit and plenty of delicious sesame flavour, with a texture that's crunchy, golden, and almost cookie-like.

It's ridiculously good by the handful (arguably the correct way to eat granola), but also excellent with yogurt, smoothie bowls, chia pudding or a splash of your fave cold dairy-free milk.

And there's one very important trick: you have to compact it down really well before baking. That's how you get those glorious big cookie-like clusters!

Hi there, Reader Okay, this one is pretty in pink! ๐Ÿ’– ๐Ÿ“Œ PIN FOR LATER Meet my new Blended Raspberry Chia Pudding. A creamy, fruity, lightly sweet, slightly tart little number that needs just 5 ingredients, takes minutes to make, and works with fresh or frozen raspberries. Like my recent chocolate chia pudding, this one is blended until silky smooth, so you don't get the weird chia pudding texture, which can be off-putting for some (me included). I love having some of this in the fridge ready...
