Very Easy No Knead Dinner Rolls

Hi there, Reader

Firstly, I apologize for the problems some of you had accessing my website after my emails on Friday and Sunday. Everyone clicking at once overwhelmed it, and it kept crashing.

We've now made some upgrades to my server, so everything should run smoothly from now on!

Now onto today's recipe - I'm working on a new stuffing recipe, and it's not quite ready, so to tide us over, here are the easiest, pillowy soft Vegan Dinner Rolls from the archives!

The recipe is ridiculously easy with no kneading, and the rolls are buttery, fluffy, golden, and unbelievably delicious.

I've included detailed step-by-step pictures and a video, so even if you've never made bread before, you should be able to pull these off and get great results!

No mixer is required. All you need: a mixing bowl, a wooden spoon/spatula, and a dish to bake them in. You can even prep them and store them in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking!

Some of your feedback on this recipe:

"Absolutely fantastic. Light, fluffy, slightly sweet perfection! (Also SO easy and quick to throw together!)" - Abigail.

"Yessss this is THE recipe! I hope this recipe gets more traction; it really is the perfect bread recipe! Absolutely delicious!" - Danielle.

Hi there, Reader It only feels right to be coming at you with some Thanksgiving inspiration. If, like me, you're not celebrating Thanksgiving soon (in Canada, we had ours back in October!), file these recipes away for future festivities. I always make some combination of these recipes for our Thanksgiving, with my current fave combo being the ham, mashed potato casserole and caramelized brussels sprouts. They make such a delicious plate! I hope this gives you some great menu planning ideas!...

Hi there, Reader One of my favourite things to do is bake bread, in particular sourdough. My husband jokes that I love Michael Bubbly (my sourdough starter) more than him! ๐Ÿ˜† I've learned so much over the years, and felt like my sourdough bread recipe should be updated to reflect that. So here we are with a newly updated post with lots of little video snippets to show you the different steps. I include some free printable sourdough schedules to go alongside the recipe as an incentive for...

Hi there, Reader Tofu + box grater + some simple seasonings = Endlessly versatile golden, crispy and chewy Shredded Tofu! My nooch tofu is my most popular tofu recipe, but honestly, I'm finding myself making this shredded tofu more often because of its versatility. Use this shredded tofu just like shredded chicken or pulled pork, and even as a ground meat sub in dishes like bolognese. I give loads of suggestions in my post, but my current fave way is tossed in BBQ sauce, then stuffed in...
